Healthy Secrets Snacks is embarking on a quest to recruit a new team member who embodies creativity, innovation, and a curious spirit. We are seeking an individual who delights in staying updated with trends and possesses a strong drive to elevate the brand's social presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, compose, and schedule social media posts across various platforms.

• Foster growth and enhance engagement on current channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) while devising plans for new platforms.

• Identify and evaluate potential influencers across different tiers (macro, micro, nano) within relevant industries.

• Develop, implement, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.

• Collaborate with influencers to craft genuine and captivating content, spanning social media posts, blogs, videos, and diverse formats.

• Execute and supervise social media campaigns, as well as participate in special projects.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio required

• Social media presence required (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Advantage: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Design (not required but advantageous)

• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.

• Demonstrated initiative and creativity with a strong ability to self-motivate.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Effective communication skills.

• Aptitude in graphic design and creativity.

• Competence in various marketing disciplines.

• Capacity to generate innovative concepts.

Experience:

• Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

• Required: 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.

• Preferred: 1 year of experience with Excel
